Use your shared Yasa account
Use the same Yasa account in both apps. In Hercules, select billable tasks and choose Send to Midas. Connecting the apps does not grant access to another team’s projects, customers or invoices, and it does not require membership of the private Nexus infrastructure panel.
Choose the work for this customer
Review the available Hercules work and select the billable tasks you want to include. Confirm that the work belongs to the customer and invoice you are preparing. Hercules remains the place to manage task descriptions, assignments and progress; Midas is the place to review the resulting invoice.
Review before issuing or sending
Selected work is an input to the invoice workflow. Check the invoice lines, amounts, customer and dates before proceeding. Completing a task, setting an hour estimate or marking work billable does not automatically issue or send a customer invoice. Those are separate billing actions.
Continue working independently
You can manage projects in Hercules without using Midas, and you can create manual invoices in Midas without importing any tasks. Use the connection where it helps your workflow. Your team can keep its project work organised while the person responsible for billing reviews what should go onto an invoice.
